You can't anymore, it's a patched glitch.

It's something to do with playing snowstorm, zoom out and they are wearing the snowstorm suit. Can't do it now.

It's patched now (at least a few people have told me so) and can no longer work as I said in my previous post. All those who did it, will still have it.

If I'm wrong, blame my sources (friends!)
