Nothing is ever your stffs fault, you don't blame them on anything, its always someone else. They are little angels according to you lolI'm pretty sure it wasn't my staff and no, I didn't give them out for free.
I left them in a locked room, which had been locked for a few days. People saying "abusive fansite owner" is far from wrong. Abusive if I had given out the password, yes. But I didn't. I don't save my Habbo room passwords & I'm pretty sure I felt it was safe as nobody got out their previously, it was somebody just attempting to do what they can to enter my room and spreaded it. Emailed Powertoo as fast as I could and removed the room. Yep, passwords should of been more secure, but I had completely forgotten, myself, what it was. Again, I take responsibility, but nothing more I could of done when I knew about it.
I'm glad you're thinking outside the box. @Hidden
Well if someone knew that was the room with the teleport, then they may have spend a long time trying to work it out with the incentive that every account they got in to that room would get them ~70c.This is a good statement but I highly doubt in the world of Habbo that somebody would actually sit and guess passwords then 'randomly' come up with changeme123 like... that is not the top of anybodys head to even guess that NEVER MIND think that somebody else would put that as a password. So something is fishy
You obviously don't get the point that it would take YEARS to try every kind of password possible. I highly doubt 'changeme123' is at the top of anybodys head unless they are a disgusting perv looking at a 10 year old girl.
Who said they tried every password possible? changeme123 is a very easy password to remember/guess. How is 'disgusting perv looking at a 10 year old girl' relevant to this discussion at all..?

Yeah that'd definitely be a better idea, but tbh if I made this room I'd probably put a password on it as well. When I password a room I don't expect people to go guessing it, but I expect only the people I share it with to be able to get in, and you won't get loads of people ringing the doorbell. But yeah, a door bell would actually be more secure, unless the password was harder to guess.
Yes it is easy to guess, but do you really think somebody is going to think 'oh irdez he seems really smart i bet his password to his room is changeme1234'
Also 'change me' i think it says it all.
No, you're completely right - normally it's the easier passwords which are harder to guess and I completely did think that after they got in. Nothing fishy - why would I risk to expose and let everybody have a trophy when I could of just made tons of credits? I'm not an idiot, but going back to my point. No, I didn't give the password out. End of the day, was my responsibility, yup, but I never record my Habbo room passwords. It's not a serious thing for me, but obviously, I've learned for the future. This is a good statement but I highly doubt in the world of Habbo that somebody would actually sit and guess passwords then 'randomly' come up with changeme123 like... that is not the top of anybodys head to even guess that NEVER MIND think that somebody else would put that as a password. Yup, me and the team spent time also creating the event. Why would we do that? You state it's unfair to people who spent time to win the event - what about us making it? We put all of our effort in fansite week and wasted our own money to buy credits for it. We, obviously, didn't want to ruin it down to this...Who is to blame for the password being leaked though? The person who set it. That person owns a fansite and with the backing of Sulake had heavy traffic. It is unfair on people who spent time on the event, who already owned a trophy and those who purchased them thinking they had got a bargain not knowing one idiot had set a ridiculous password.
Ruined their entire week for me. Mistakes can happen, sure. Doesn't mean someone should not be held accountable.
Again, you're stating I could of abused it myself to make a profit. I didn't do that. I apologise for you losing your value, but I didn't even ask to have a trophy anyway, Power offered.Let's not steer away from the point here guys.
1. The IrDez dude was in control of a single teleporter that with a click of a button gave a 70c furniture away. He had a responsibility to maintain and failed to do so.
2. This stems to the bigger issue; Habbo mgmt giving control to a Habbo fansite owner. Not giving any sources away, but I know firsthand that this has been abused in the past and not reported. Think about it like this... If you have access to a teleporter for a super that gives a 70c furni, you have every incentive to abuse that. You could legit profit 200+gb if done properly.
3. I'm going to send an email through Contact Us. It will probably get overlooked. I had 5 of those trophies losing around 300c in total due to someone elses mistake. Will I be compensated? Probably not. If Habbo think its wise to transfer power to a dumb fansite owner, they'll see their userbase get hostile. Probably the last thing they need considering recent events.
Again, I did say that, but I said I'll take full responsibility for it - did you read that? Again, I take full responsibility, as soon as I found out, I did everything possible.
[Dale] [HabboFifa.Net] ~ Thanks!
I agree, but its quite obvious why he had passworded the room, so his friends/staff/clones could get into it without him needing to be there all the time.
this should be the last and billionth chance for thishabbo lol
changeme meaning change this password..
When I changed peoples passwords on my website I'd put it as changeme123 (something like that) which implies that you have to change your password. The person guessing the password may have been thinking 'ok, maybe Powertoo made this room and the password was temporary' - also, don't forget that there could have been multiple people trying to guess the password to the room, and not just one person.
Would be good if guessing a room password 10+ times inaccurately locked you out of that room for a certain time period.
My room was passworded(((((((((((((((((((((???????????//
