But I can see on the forum that I posted it at 5:15 idk

I have this issue. For some reason the forum doesn't apply DST properly for me. Go in to your user profile settings and force DST to on and it should correct everything.

Someone *cough* Recursion *cough* still needs to change php's timezone from UTC to europe/london it seems.
