Laughable conspiracy theory as normal.
Add that to these ones;
- Bin Laden is a CIA agent
- US government blew up the twin towers
- 7/7 bombings were carried about by the UK Govt
- Moon landing was fake
- JFK Assassination
- Elvis really ain't dead
- Paul McCartney is really dead
- Royal Family killed Princess Diana
- Pearl Harbour? Yeah the American's did that one.
Need I go on?
It is a bit odd - it's dodgy patriotism. They're chanting USA, yet these men were/are US Citizens and learnt these views due to the freedoms the US promote. Then you get the really odd Tweet or announcement by Boston Police saying "CAPTURED!!! The hunt is over. The search is done. The terror is over. And justice has won. Suspect in custody." Is the terror over? You clearly say suspect so justice has not be won and the terror is far from over.
I wouldn't say it's sad, I imagine it is a relief that the curfew is over. Besides, Americans do like to celebrate and show off their happiness openly without sensing a hint of irony
I'm more concerned that quite a lot of Americans cannot tell the difference between the Czech Republic and Chechnya. Even if they could, these two people are technically American AND last I checked Chechnya wasn't an evil terrorist strong hold.

Yeah, too right on American's liking to celebrate - and the weird patriotism too.
Particularly odd, as the USA is basically a load of different cultures thrown into one - so these two people really are no more or less American than a very large minority of others in the country. I used the term large minority as they were not born there, which the majority of the current generation were..
Indeed, and they can't argue it's an immigrant problem. The US is a fine example of a country built on immigrationYeah, too right on American's liking to celebrate - and the weird patriotism too.

Funny really, isn't it? A country built off immigration (very well described, by the way), likes to attach the blame to other cultures etc as frequently as possible.Indeed, and they can't argue it's an immigrant problem. On the second point, that already sounds like an excellent debate! America has been considered a utopia for a long time - do examples like these show cracks in this idea?
It happened a lot when Obama was sworn into office or running for president. The whole State divide in itself is a localised problem in the same way as our North and South divide. When Bush was in Office, he was thinking like a Texan rather than an American because the diversity in that country is just too much for one man and party. I'm not saying that having just Republicans and Democrats is a bad idea, but there are so many views that too often these two parties have internal conflicts which must leak out when in officeFunny really, isn't it? I'm wondering where the idea that it was a utopia came from. When you look back at American history it is riddled with conflict in all eras and in some ways the country is still divided. As I mentioned, the State divide is one problem as the concept of a utopia is a bit self-defeating. If people have an idea of their own freedoms then these freedoms may counter the freedoms of others. Religion is one problem, and expression. Both good freedoms or "rights", but they often contradict each other to the point you get conflict - Westboro Church, these individuals etc etc. It's a superfluous utopia, to sum it up briefly.

is anyone still following this? if you are you'll see the media and police have changed their story concerning the capture and shoot out and carjacking so much times. anyway i follow this girl on tumblr (and did so before this happened) and she reblogs 'evidence' and conspiracy theories proving the brothers are innocent and blah. I've looked through tags on tumblr, been on http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/dzhokhar which links to videos and peoples theories and idk what to believe but main thing ive taken from it is, it's funny how suddenly people begin to realise the media brainwashes us... and that these people have only started to realise this because the two suspects were young and attractive so we don't want to believe they did it lol i can't help but think the same myself, human nature sucks balls.
i wonder just how much conspiracy theories are true?! never believed any that like government are all evil cause i don't believe that all but the media for sure skews things.

same thing happened with the sandy hook massacre and conspiracies. all of the stories in the media regarding the events and evidence completely contradicted. it is v interesting.
