Love it and really appreciate it as an artform. Obv there are some terrible rappers out there but there are thousands of crap metal bands, youtube singers, girl groups and everything else. If all you've ever listened to is NWA then you're obviously not going to be hearing any of the amazing lyrical quality and dark beats that you'll get elsewhere. Not gonna say that people HAVE to look into all areas of rap it's not that simple but it's a shame to dismiss a diverse and constantly growing genre just because the top 40 showcases the worst of it
