Yea but I have searched but when it comes to operating systems i dont know what Im looking for Searching Windows 8 is all good but I dont want to download and install one to find out it doesnt work. Also Im not too sure how activators work or whatever windows 8 requires. If anbody has knowledge or experience with this it would be helpful.

But anyway, I can't help you - however, I am also looking to get Windows 8 but if my Windows 7 isn't genuine (I used an OEM from my laptop) then can I still upgrade to a retail version of Windows 8? Easier to ask here than make a new thread .

Don't know where you're going but the first one I looked at said this in the description;

including Permanent activation serials, with normal over the internet activation method. Simply use serials provided and activate as a normal retail copy right over the internet with no special activation methods needed.
