Changes to Valentine

The motto thing is working, it just cuts it off, after all this you can probably see it being a process of having one or the other lmao .

RIGHT the rare name field should allow apostrophes now too. Apparently david's heard of htmlentities instead which seems OTT really.

I'm not in rv anymore, but thank GOD that's fixed.

@Chippiewill; this is also a problem with titles for news reports, if we have an apostrophe in it then the rest after it will cut off.
