Depends really. Either on my desk, when I'm out and I have my laptop I'm on someone else's bed usually or I'm sat in my living room watching something whilst on my laptop.

I have a bad back so I lie stretched out on my stomach on the floor with my laptop in front of me. So comfortable for my back but terrible terrible terrible for my shoulders apparently..

either sitting up straight on my bed or if i'm working i'll usually have my laptop on my desk so i can do work there, depends if i'm taking notes from the laptop though, if i'm just typing (home)work up on the laptop, i find it easier to sit on my bed and do it.

In front of it. I tried behind it but I couldn't see anything and hugging my computer to get to the keyboard was really annoying.

What a weird question lol I've got a desk and I have a chair. Even when using a laptop I need some hard surface (normally the kitchen table). Using a laptop on a bed, I always get uncomfortable. Not sure how people do it tbh.
