Some songs I love as covers: Leona Lewis' versions of Run and Hurt are gorgeous, Shaun Reynolds/Laura Pringle of Stay (what I can think of off the top of my head)

but for the most part I do prefer originals!

I watched the first 3 seasons of Glee then gave up. It's too much, and most of the covers are horrible. I usually love the piano covers of songs.

I love Alex Goot's cover of things. He's probably the only guy I've seen who can make Guys and Girls songs work with his singing. & I prefer some of his covers to some Original songs. eg. Living on a Prayer. @bkps will hate me for saying that though.

Its a shame that a lot of his covers sound incredibly auto-tuned
