New 183 tile room does not let you place wall items

I have been trying some room designs out and the new 183 squareish room doesn't let you put anything on the walls it comes up with the 'you cannot place this item here' text box. At first it only let me put 2 wall items on the walls then changed to non at all. I was placing windows and fireplaces by the way.

I tried it in all 3 of that room type I have and got the same result.

Too worried about using the help tool tbh as its caused hacking problems in the past.

you cant place it on all parts, but you can place it on some. not sure why..

I noticed this yesterday when trying to put some posters down, very weird - hope they fix it soon .
