Ok, my turn
XB1 allows you to share you game with up to 10 "family" members, anywhere in the world (Which the XB1 is supported) and allows any 1 of those members to play the same game you're playing, or 1 other game.
XB1 features HDMI, allowing you to plug in any HDMI device (PS4, PS3, Sky HD, Xbox 360 etc) and instantly switch between the XB1 or the inputted device. Allowing you to watch tv or game on a different console instantly, whilst still enjoying the new features from the XB1.
The XB1 ultimately will have cheaper games in the next few years due to said DRM. - http://www.castleawesome.com/2013/06...-from-fiction/ (Contains mild language)
Inevitably there is more benefits which haven't popped in whilst writing this, these are bigger benefits than what you listed, and ultimately what the PS4 doesn't have.
You will say you want a pure gaming machine, good for you, but for an extra £80 you can get a pure all in one system with top of the range camera/microphone array.

The XB1 does have some benefits over the PS4, but @Southe; will just say that each one of the benefits is pointless/not worth it
