The thing with Kinect is that it has potential to be really cool, but all the games made for it thus far have just been utter ****. Even that Fable game was so awkward to play. If Kinect 2 is better at picking up motion then fair enough, but Kinect 1 just wasn't sensitive enough (beyond jumping, crouching etc)

Precisely and that's why it's a gimmick and not a revolution. There's no real money to made in Kinect games so developers are reluctant to invest time and money into making Kinect games.

Fastest selling doesn't mean it had a consistent user base or even guarantee all of those users even had it anymore. I bought my Kinect, used it 4 times. Others will be in the same boat.

Yes but if people actually sought it Kinect 1 and barely used it, what makes you think forcing Kinect 2 on those people who did not even want it will make them use it?

It'll guarantee developers that every single SKU sold will have Kinect 2.0 permanently connected. Giving incentive to create bigger and better uses for Kinect.

Pretty silly not introducing a headset but if the Kinect is as good as they say it is then really you only need headphones to plug into your TV (if you don't want people hearing your friends) and you're good to go. For me, I don't mind because I'm going to get a separate headset anyway, so it's just one less thing to sit in the box forever.

You may have already noted but just a quick reminder. From E3 we saw spectacular conventions and demos etc...

But the main reminder that even though we got the PS4price, we did not get to see the User Interface. For Xbox One, on the other hand the User Interface

Too bad because now greatly No required internet for downloading updates and like PS4 No more freaking DRM. So if Playstation thought their console was different. STAHP! No more DRM on Xbox One. Pretty much the low down on my buttox
