    Default Do you take vitamins/health supplements?

    I don't take anything but apparently a lot of people take vitamins for various health reasons. Do you take any?

    I used to take those fantastic ones that taste like Haribo for vitamin C or D (can't remember which). The orange and red ones were so great but the blackcurrant ones were literally the most disgusting thing I have ever had to put my taste buds through.

    Don't take anything these days though. That's what food is for IMO.

    I have done before, it was years ago I think, but my mum made me take them as I was low in something. Definitely vitamin ones though, also I think I had those sachet ones in orange and blackcurrant that tasted rubbish; I think they could have been vitamins .

    i used to put the names of my favourite singers here... then i realised nobody cared

    I have a box of like 180 or something multi-vitamins, and I try to take one each morning, but I almost always forget. I bought them ages ago and probably have about 100 left. I haven't noticed massive differences... maybe my nails are a bit harder...

    It's probably just the placebo effect.

    I have to take iron tablets and I went through a stage of taking vitamin tablets but not anymore!
