He recorded the vocals before he died in 09 as I'm pretty sure he was due to bring out a new album/single and Justin was asked to be a guest vocalist on it this year

I heard the original (unfinished & without Bieber's vocals) and I have to say that I like the original better than this. I'm sorry to all those here who like bieber, but in my opinion he made this song sound like complete trash compared to what it originally was (not to mention the original was a demo)
