Sounds like a decent idea. But only if it's run properly. You have to be extremely careful with putting a fansite name behind a casino. A single dealer logging off during a game is enough to permanently taint the fansite name.

Only risk is it being a dodgy casino, why not go and ask one of the really big casinos?

Because in big casinos, it's normally massive bets and I think a fan site one should be just a pretty little casino/grabber that looks nice and will do small/furni bets..... like mine

Needs to be really busy though, or it is a pointless exercise!

Also, big casinos rarely have any interesting bets (2gb, if you are lucky ;l)

Seems nice if you're prepared to take the risk that someone who scams could slightly damage the reputation of Habbox, but ik quite a few casino mods who do try and deal with all scammers by removing their rr and what not so YE GO FOR IT.

For those referring to old Habbox Casinos, those were owned by Sierk and jrh2002, which meant that if there were complaints etc. it could be dealt with directly by Habbox Management (or at least we had the ability to respond or moderate).

There were also Habbox Official Trade rooms, which was different than Habbox Official rooms, trade rooms were like an advertisement type thing, plus I still don't think they used casinos there.

I think its risky to sponsor a casino where Habbox doesn't have management ability but I suppose if there is a casino with an absolutely stellar reputation you could partner with the understanding that if it became an issue with bad publicity etc either the casino management would need to address it or lose official.

I'd be very happy to see Habbox Official rooms again. I believe a Casino would be a good choice as well as others, as long as we can get good and honest people to help.

I think a question that needs answering is the fact that this topic has come up time and time again about a Casino, yet one was never made. The same reasons are going to crop up and they already have to some extent - mainly about scamming, who should have rights and the like. In all honesty I would prefer a mixture of game rooms, automatic etc. that way they're more truthful for a start, you can hold competitions in them - like if you win between such dates or you're top of the leader board at the end of the week you can win a prize. Also, with Carnivals and Takeshi's Castle you can actually have more players, more chance of funding Habbox a bit. A Casino will limit a lot of people if they can't afford it.
