So I wanna get Civ 5 and Can You Run It? says that everything apart from CPU is fine to run it, so I was wondering, can I play the game with worse graphics and things like that or will it completely **** up the game so it's unplayable?

BUt, you should be able to get away with having the lower clockspeed, but don't expect 10000FPS.

My laptop is ****, I blame my step mum for that cos apparently she went in and asked for a computer for school which gives nothing. But basically she didn't want to spend any money.

There's a very big difference between the minimum and what you got there. Minimum specs are usually the worst graphic option specs that are playable.

Unfortunately you're going to be stuck playing older games with a CPU like that.
