WaltzMatilda is very busy on the help tool today.

Anyway, I wouldn't post your own personal tickets because again they can be used as 'proof' to 'reclaim' an account.

ooo you should link them the policy then they should do it, just going to get powertoo to confirm it when i next speak to her.
Do what i did in my ticket thought it'll help protect it as they could just target it later

Tell them you'd like to request that customer support make no email changes to your account or email address. As you would like to make it so it's done only via manual email change.

Two things that might interest people:

    1) This competition is in no way related to being able to change your DOB.

    2) If you ask them to stop email changes on your account via help tool you will not be able to retrieve your account if you're hacked. So use it wisely.

Confirmed by staff as seen in below spoiler.

Wow I am surprised the replies to the helptool have been answered quickly recently. Also I'm surprised that the responses are meaningful and not generic ones from a list chosen by the customer service person.

Seems like the new step on the talent track is changing your email

    • Hello,

      Thanks for contacting Habbo.
We can't change the date of birthday for you, but you account was not one of the ones that was targeted.

I know it's been established that you can't change your DOB by this competition but that's the reply I got. She made it sound like only particular accounts were targeted and that she even confirmed mine wasn't one those accounts. Interesting.

She didn't say my account was not targeted just gave me other advice about how to secure my account and added a note for me informing all Customer Support agents not to change email on my account via help tool. I guess I can take from this that my account was targeted. Although, I don't see how and consequently don't think they know which accounts were.
