Joined as well, managed to get a good hour or so in this evening. Performance was a bit slow but none-the-less. My username on Xbox is ItzEddie.

Not sure If it helped but on the Xbox I cleared the system cache, deleted the update. Started GTA, install the update and created a brand new character and now I'm able to play online.

Would be good if crews could share garages but I don't believe you can? As you have to buy the place for yourself to be able to do that. Maybe I'm wrong..
