Habbo Fansites Blackout (Habbo Secrets, This Habbo)

I can see why Habbo wouldn't want Habbo secrets official anyway. They basically take the fun out of competitions. You can say "if you don't want it ruined, don't look" but the temptation when you're struggling is too high just to go on the site and see a one word answer for the prize, which is what I do.

If habbo made it official, people would be like "ooo I can check this for all the answers" and it would be more advertised and all the fun would be taken out of Habbo quests and games, which it kind of already is because everyone uses HS anyway and the majority of people just blitz through the quests because they are fed the answers.

There are too many other fansites people can turn to even they blackout. The only unique one that has had a black out is Habbosecrets which people will miss, but it could be replaced.

In my opinion, they only have the support of their sites, not the general community. ThisHabbo post so much they don't care about their official status and then have a panic attack when they don't get nominated. Powertoo has made some good decisions, the five sites might not be the most popular but they all offer something different and have potential to be good official sites.

hffm put up a twitter message saying they will support the community and this is how the owner of snaphabbo (funkydjparty) reacts

he's just made sure he'll never get official, fansites shouldn't be against one another

maybe the most depressing thing about it is that he owns a fansite and doesnt know the difference between lose and loose

I hope HK doesn't become official, they aren't a good example.

They had massive falling outs with Sulake when Jason (UK Office) was managing the fansite programme at the time. They got filtered and all sorts and it seems there's been issues with them ever since.
