    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting Habbo.

If you have a another account that has the amount of credits in question, and we are able to verify that it is your account, we can take the credits from this other account.

Why would you pay 850c to get an account back which has less than 850c? I don't get it..
The cold never bothered me anyway.

exactly !!!! I feel i am being treated unfairly , This whole situation makes no sence, and I am giving you 100% without a doubt all of the information and have not withheld any details whatsoever even the trivial ones.

basically i have 230c on that account yet they want me to pay 850?. Why should i even have to pay for a crime I have no connection with . It boggles my mind

Flukes like these happen often. A few years ago my friend Cornis (I think) won 10 Granite Fountains from a Bingo game. A few hours later he was permed by the staff, accused of possessing 'stolen' furniture. He phoned up the actual office in charge of running the hotel and yelled at the representative until they conceded and unpermed his account. I don't know if the hotel has a phone number anymore, or for that matter any method of contact other than email. I would certainly look into it.

Mistakes like these happen all too often. I can definitely emphasize with you, and receiving replies from the staff with completely unrelated emails is just rubbing salt in the wounds. Even HEARING something like this happening to someone else enrages me, because it could very well happen to me one day. The fact that there are very few avenues for someone in this situation to persue is quite frankly ridiculous, yet unavoidable when dealing with businesses that rely so heavily on outsourcing.

If you can't get your account back, you should simply cut your losses and move on to a more reputable site. I know it's a hard thing to do, and I would be maddened too, but at least moving away from this cesspool of a site will save you time and energy in the long run.

u have obviously been banned because 850c of furni has spread into ur account

imagine if some1 bought furni with illegitimate credits they would then spread the furni to other accounts so they wouldnt be caught. it is reasonable to assume they could have spread it to ur account. they arent blaming u for no reason and i have no doubt u have 850c of dodgy furni/credits on ur account. i wish u would just accept this and then ur situation would be solved a lot quicker

    1) he is innocent and is not at fault but he still needs to accept that he has dodgy furni/creds which needs to be removed from circulation

    2) he has deliberately traded illegit furni onto his account and he should not be allowed this furni and it needs to be removed
(he should also be permed in this case)

Maybe Habbo should concentrate on dealing with the person who actually purchased these credits illegally in the first place though, surely? As for the OP I can understand that they might need to take the credits off his account but then surely they should compensate him for them and replace them seeing as it's not his fault. The fact they are then telling him that he must purchase 850 credits is ridiculous.. plus that would require him to spend over £75?

    Not online very often
