Not that I have any problem with Warden getting the role (would have been my choice if we couldn't give it to Gina) but being a "normal eo" has nothing to do with being management material and I attend plenty of events so there's really no need for you to talk about me. I apologise profusely for being all talk when I clearly have the power to impleme- oh wait maybe not

Working in the department and hosting events in my eyes shows commitment to hxe. Being in the department means you already know all of your staff members so you can jump straight on to the job and writing the job. This is why I am happy that the job has stayed within the department and has been given to someone who had relationships with all staff members.
