    If it was a justified murder (ie, self defence) then yeah. If not then no.

    I'd tell the police instantly.

    Depends on the situation. If it was self defense, my mum would go to the police anyway. Same with accidental. However if it's a real murder murder, it really depends. For all you know, the man could be abusing one of your parents, or even already tried to kill one of your parents. unlikely, but you know. That could kind of be self defense, but by that I mean if it happened in the past.

    Despite a lot of you saying if it was a unjustified murder you'd go the police, I think it wouldn't be that simple. It'd be an extremely awful and hard thing to do, especially if you care greatly for your parents.

    I don't know of any circumstances where I wouldn't cover for them, really. Unless they killed another family member, then it could be difficult...

    if this person was a threat then 100% I'd probably even help with the disposal etc if it was for no decent reason then no, guilt would eat me up

    Default Would you cover up for your parents if they murdered someone

    I know parents would help me if there was a legitimate reason for the kill, so I'd do the same for them.

    That's a tough question. Here are my thoughts;

    Yes - because I'd feel scared and I could get murdered. Also, morally, it's the right thing to do. Plus you could get into serious trouble for harbouring a fugitive.

    No - because without them I wouldn't be here, I owe them. Also i'd get taken away and given to some random stranger or end up in an orphanage. The kids at school would point and laugh.

    I'm really inclining to say no. Something seems so strange about this.
    I'm not sure really.
