Do you have days where you feel ugly?

Yeah some days when I can't be bothered to do my hair and just tie it up or some days where I just don't feel attractive.
But I don't focus on it.

but say if its my hair thats really making me feel awful ill wear a hat
or ill just try cover my face or w.e is bothering me the most
