The New Elite: Are celebrities treated specially when it comes to the law?

I think some celebrities are like big known names; I don't think they all are as some of them do go corrupt or get into difficulties and then end up ruining their lives, the law shouldn't be changed for them! I think the law; does try to maintain a +reputation for the well know celebrities but as you have seen previously people like Rulph/Ralph(?) Harris on the news they aren't all treated better than others in law!
