    They ain't completely the same. We get BBC NI and UTV instead of ITV. They are mostly the same but there is quite a few diff programmes.

    technically were a different nationality but culture wise were exactly the same
    People from other parts of the UK to you aren't foreign - whether your a foreigner or not to somebody depends whether you reside in the same sovereign state as them. The United Kingdom is a sovereign state whereas England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales are not.

    To answer the question (and funnily enough just had a discussion in uni about this) British.

    I say both depending on the situation really. On a form I would put British.
