Find a stack of witch brooms, tape them to the under-bellys of the reindeers and teach them witchcraft so they can use the brooms to fly, nothing needs to change then
(After posting this I imagined the reindeers holding the brooms and sitting on them to fly like a witch and laughed a lot)
