Well, I'll list out the meats that I find not common to eat:
Kangaroo: I think it just tasted like beef, but was more tough. Not very appetizing.
Quail: It's like a mini duck, and when I had it, it was dry as hell. Not that delicious. Also the quail didn't have a lot of meat.
Goat: Again, very dry and tough to eat. Not very delicious.
Deer: Tastes really nice. It's just like beef.
Shark Fin Soup: I had this ages ago at a wedding, and I don't really remember it.
