Shouldn't you do the staff awards in a private staff forum or something, seems like a lot compared to general awards

Are staff awards going to be shortlisted by members and picked by management this year? I would hate for it to turn into a complete popularity contest.

here are some suggestions:

- most scandalous
- most valuable (to the habbox community)
- most omnipresent (for staff awards, although I feel @Chris; would have this in the bag)
- most notorious spammer
- best/worst username change
- most logical member (I think @jorsian; is a good example in terms of posts)

I feel like a lot of the general categories are geared towards older users who have been here a long time and the award would signify a span of something longer than a year. Maybe the newcomer category could be expanded slightly because I (and am sure other 2013 posters have no clue about many forum relationships and probably a lot of missed gossip here and there)

maybe expand newcomer awards into:
- most popular newcomer
- most respected newcomer
- funniest newcomer
- most active newcomer
