Default Would you act differently if you never knew what you looked like?

I would and i'd probably be more confident cause i'm pretty self-conscious about my look at times

    don't think so

i remember not even thinking about my appearance, i didn't look at myself or others and think whether they were hot or not. then everyone started straightening their hair, wearing specific clothes and WHITE EYESHADOW WITH EYELINER?? if u had wavy/curly hair u were made fun of... if u wore nonspecific clothes you were too.... + it was an unwritten rule that you have to wear this makeup. so obvs I followed the crowd but mine became a really bad obsession. wouldn't leave the house if my hair wasn't perfectly straight, redid my makeup if there was even the slightest smudge, avoid people if I felt ugly which was everyday. only time I felt good was when i looked good and that was really only ever half a day or something every few months. before that I could talk to people easily, EVEN MAKE FUN OF THEM n i always messed about in class n p off the teachers. then I became withdrawn n quiet cause I was thinking of how ugly and inferior I was & that i has no right to act that way cause I was so ugly, that eventually everyone around me would realize how ugly and weird I was (even tho they'd known me years already) that I just kept to myself in fear of it happening.

anyway it's only now I can look in the mirror n say ugh you look ugly but carry on my day as normal, as myself. i don't think id act differently if i looked better cause i accept that i can't change how i look so may aswell be myself. making myself up pretty does give me a confidence boost when i really need it but looking ugg doesn't bother as me as much as it did. i don't start disliking people because they have a bad looks day, don't straighten their hair, don't put on makeup, just look completely different n i doubt they do it for me.

PLUS GUYS. the way u see yourself isn't the way others see you. you don't get to see your expressions, the way u walk, the way u think etc that people might like about u. so rellaxxxxx. we'll probably never know how we really look.

I think my ugliness has made me into a decent person so I'd probably be a ****

so whether that's any different or not depends on your perspective haha

my ugliness has made me really shy and self hating and everything, so i would definitely act more confident and crazy if i never saw what i look like, would be more like what i am on the internet i spose
