Habbox Awards 2013 - Nominations

It's that time of year again, we've gone into 2014 with a bang and all that's left to do at Habbox is hold the annual awards ceremony! It's been a busy year with one of the biggest Summer Spectaculars, the return of football betting and even bringing a new currency onto the team. However, Habbox wouldn't be here without its members and those who volunteer as staff and work endless hours, so a big thank you to all of you throughout 2013.

In 2013, we saw 38 management changes (approx.) with the first being Recursion appointed as Technical Manager and the last was Mk, being appointed Events Manager (this was on 1st January, but he was asked beforehand). The Mole made a return and was a great success, but there are so many other achievements Habbox has had throughout 2013, and what better way to celebrate then with the awards?

Similar to last year, the Habbox awards have been expanded to include members of the forum - last year it was a great success and we hope that this time it'll be even bigger! Not only do we have the awards from last year, we're adding to them to bring you an even bigger night to look forward to! Currently though, we have no set date for the awards, but we hope you join in with them.

How to nominate:

1. Fill in the nominations form below and PM it to Samanfa. You don't need to give a nomination for every award, but try and fill out as many as you can. You can't nominate yourself, and if you're in a department then you can't vote for them in the department of the year award! Finally, you can only nominate one person per award unless it states otherwise!

2. Nominations will close on the 17th January at 1am GMT to give you all a chance to enter yours. After this closes the nominations will be added up and a list of nominees for each award will be formed. The nominees will then be PMed and asked if they can provide a verbal speech that they record themselves which will then be played on HabboxLive if they win the award. If they don't want to do a speech then a friend or a HabboxLive DJ can provide it for them.

Get your nominations in as soon as you can and if you have any questions about the awards at all do not hesitate to PM me!

Nominations Form:
Nominate staff or former staff only (in 2013). To be valid as a recipient, the nominee is recommended to have been a member of staff for 2 months or more during 2013. However, for departmental awards they are recommended to have been in the specific department for 2 months or more during 2013.

Most Dedicated Staff Member 2013 (the winner will usually be determined by General Management for those who have shown pure dedication in staff role(s) during the year).
Best Former Staff 2013 (who resigned in 2013 and no longer has roles at Habbox)
Biggest Shock resignation/dismissal 2013

Member Awards:
These awards are available for forum members and staff (you can't nominate yourself), but if you wish to nominate a staff member that fits into one of the above categories you can do so there as opposed to the member ones.

To help you out with the staff awards I have made an approximate list of who you can vote for depending on department, these have all been in the specific department for at least 2 months during 2013. The other departments may be finalised later, but due to them being bigger it may not be needed. As some of you may not have entered someone for the departmental awards in these departments, I will allow you to enter it again.

Just a reminder that staff members should have been staff for 2 months in 2013 and if it's a departmental award they need to have been in the specific department for 2 months in 2013, unless they're management or above (due to circumstances with opening apps. for them).
