I think Beyonce is the 'greatest' at the moment, considering her work for feminism and the things she stands for, rather than just singing. I don't know how twitter followers constitutes being a great artist

In terms of amazing vocals definitely Adele.
Pink because she's just brilliant.
Beyonce because she's Beyonce.

Out of those, I'd consider Adele to be the greatest, even though I'd probably listen to GaGa out of anyone on that list.
