Yes, HabboHub was previously around in 2011 before merging with HFFM in mid 2012, but when HabboHub launched there was already another habbohub website, yet the .net owners didn't get a backlash over it.

People may moan that I've started a website called HabboHub, but to be fair, it's been over a year since HabboHub closed, fansite names are hard to come across these days, so new fansites are bound to open under old names.
