    definitely not, if they started smoking at some point in our relationship i'd probably dump them if they didn't immediately stop too, i just can't stand it in the slightest

    used to not like it despite being one but tbh don't rly mind as long as they don't feel they need to smoke, do it inside or spend all their money on i when they can't afford it. occasional smoker would be fine.

    doesn't really put me off if the lad i liked now was suddenly a smoker/had secretly been smoking all along, if i met someone new n they told me idk if it would make me feel any diff

    I couldn't date/marry a smoker, because I know that I wouldn't want my future children to have to deal with parents who smoke (like I had to growing up) which really causes a lot of damage.
    If it was a person who was quitting, and attempting to quit, it may be a different story.
