people will make up all sorts in order to post away and still use habbo. it has been a big problem in the past with even management being away for long periods and then being too lazy to actually return to their post, eventually being fired or forced to resign. happened to a few in help desk management as well as radio.

key is maintaining a work(yes, ok, it's just a habbo job w.e)-life balance when you're actually in your position so you don't feel the need to have to post away to get away from the strain. none of the lower positions ask for much commitment at all and managers, if you feel the need to take 2 weeks away for 'socialising' then perhaps consider hiring an assistant/equal and delegating some of your oh-so-hard managerial tasks.

This really. It's not a problem anyway. Your manager will always notice if you're abusing the system and you're not going to stay in the department for much longer if you carry on abusing the posting away system.
