I just received 2 emails from Sulake in response to 2 emails that I sent them apporximately 6 months ago. The emails were templated responses outlining possible resolutions to general problems which does not help me in any way.
I don't need their assistance anymore because I managed to take care of the problems myself but what's up with all of these responses as of late? Some people are having their bans reversed and receiving long awaited replies. It seems as though GlitterKat and the rest of the staff may have finally gotten out of bed 6 months late.
