Umm I'll do yesterday as I haven't actually gotten out of bed yet this morning

Best: staying at home and being able to sleep until 10am
Worst: got some bad family news

best: the feeling after going for a run
worst: bad lightning. I hate lightning it is scary

Worst part: horrible customer at work who started yelling at me for something which wasn't my fault and told me I was useless

Best part: being cheered up by talking to a good friend just now before sleep
