I don't see why it's at the point where djs should be "paid" just to interact with community on forum (which they should be doing anyway without an incentive) its quite upsetting.

It's nice to seeing you post suggestions on how Habbox can improve but this specific idea will probably not taken on board. Due to the fact that it would get very expensive to provide the funds to keep on doing this and we should use whatever funds we have to be used as prizes or used to build rooms for events/competitions on the client. If we had access to an unlimited supply of credits then fair enough it probably isn't a good idea but we have to be realistic about this and we do have limited funds.

The "Habbox Staff" roles are voluntary and should be doing it because they enjoy it and want to help Habbox out.

Members should get rewards too! We keep this place alive because sure as hell you DJs don't. I guess we have member of the month but we kinda pay to use the forum lol.

To my knowledge, there are incentive systems in place for all departments (not sure about graphics?) and they are working. Definitely think community interaction is something that is not stressed enough, particularly in the dead community departments.

There isn't an incentive system in Graphics at the moment, but I am looking into it. I have given out trophies to staff who have been doing well though.
