All furni gets traded to Matt so he can place it in the HxHD. You can't trade over presents. So if you wanted to keep them presents as bars, you'll need to buy and send them to Matt. It would probably be cheaper if you just changed them and used a type of divider.

It's the job of hxhd/general management to find the furni and there's no obligation for anyone to trade any furni over although some designs haven't been chosen precisely because some of the furni is difficult to locate or too expensive so you should try bear that in mind when you design a room too.

As for the design itself, I agree, it looks a little cluttered but I think that's mostly because the location of the fountain seems a bit random.

Elliot's is nice, I just think it'd have been better as a Valentine's one with the theme. However, it's nice to have a different shape than the current one. Although, the Slurpee might need an alternative .

This. If you have quite a few people stood up in the room then it's gonna look very packed quite easily. Gd design tho
