no u won't u will need to pay about £50 for a new one jsut say that it went through the wash like me also someone said that it will not work cos it was not in ur house well my bro lost his phone on menorca and he got a new one also everything in ur house which has a vaule over a certain amount is insured

Maybe you should claim that it got stolen, I know when things get stolen the insurance replaces it, our garage got broken into once and we claimed aload of stuff had been stolen, that we didn't have, like some golf clubs my Dad wanted.
