    On a weekly basis it is similar to this:

    Wednesday -> Saturday: 12:05am
    Sunday: 5-7am (day off), bed at 4-5pm, up again at 9pm for work.

    Most days I wake up at around 7:30am, (weekends a little later at around 8:30am).

    I go to bed anywhere from 10-12pm.

    You have no idea. No matter how much I try saturday nights I'm usually dead tired by about 8pm, I have to nap about 4 hours to not be, and Mondays (last night), I was in bed by 7. But then again if you think about it I do have quite long days, typically about 18 hours or so.

    Oops, should add, I go to bed between 5 and 6 on my work nights
