In some ways this is a good step forward and in other ways it's a step backwards. Not really sure what to think other than what a pain for my trial at events!![]()

We should get compensation for all of the rares that are getting ruined. I've lost over 1500c now due to thrones going down. And of course, it wouldn't have went down this much if it wasn't for this.

The day I get to 200 in Ping Pong II is the day my life is complete.
puma u sound bitter, did u have any bad experiences with gambling? xx
This is beyond ridiculous, no it hasn't 'ruined' habbo, but surely this counts as gambling based on what Macklebee said;
- I lose a round of bingo-
- I pay to stay and gamble on the fact that I might make it through the next round-
- I end up winning the entire game, because I gambled 1 piece of furni to win-.
This is a stupid update, I'm not even an avid casino player nor do i play many dice events, but it doesn't take a genius to see this is ****** up.

and no this is just going to make all habbox events hosts do heaven or hell now........................

if you think the truth is bitter, then so be it. i just think it's ridiculous everyone is crying over it.
1. this is habbo if you want to gamble go to pokerstars
2. gambling SHOULD be discouraged among teens
Most higher or lower is done with groups of habbos running into a "higher" or "lower" area of the room as the host rolls the dice. Can be done with 3 dice though, just turn the dice off and move it on to the front of the line. With dice limit the only things that are actually prevented are games that require each player to have a dice. 13/21/poker etc are still possible, just use the same dice more than once.
People seem to be reading too much into this. The rule is in place to prevent young children from gambling, not to prevent enjoyment of games that have some rng aspects. If we're really going to be pedantic about the word 'gambling' and suggest that p2s in a game is gambling on the chance to win the prize (as opposed to just paying to be in the game longer and have more fun...) then how about trading for an item? Surely by buying it you are gambling on it not being released into the catalogue and dropping in price dramatically?
The rule prevents people betting. Nothing else.
This is a bit different though, it should be the same as how the merge was compensated (except a bit better than worthless furniture given this time). A throne losing over 100c of its value in less than a day isn't normal lol.

lol your so right, people need to stop thinking habbo is only about "gambling", and getting upset about it. one thing im not too keen on tho is how other game have been seen into so much depth that somehow they relate to gambling, like p2p, your gving a furni to stay in the game... i would think its more of a "trade"
