Received this message in client which I don't think was posted before.
Dear Mr-Trainor
We’ve noticed that you run a popular game room. Games like Falling Furni, Costume Change, and Telephrase (plus many others) fill our navigator and bring pleasure to millions of players every month. Although most player-made games are harmless fun, some games unfortunately bring negative side effects.
For this reason we've decided to make a change to the Habbo Way to ensure we build the best possible online community for Teens.
Starting today, we’re adding a limit to the number of chance elements that can function in a room (e.g. Dicemasters, Wheel of Fortune, Fortune Tellers). Placing more than 3 chance elements will disable all randomizer functions in the room. You can continue using them as decorative elements as usual. If this causes you to now have more of these items than required, please check out our recycler, which will be running a custom refund program for the impacted items during the next four weeks.
The reason for doing this is the feedback we have received from our users. Rooms with a great number of chance elements in them are often linked to hacking, fraud and/or cheating, and are therefore harmful to the Habbo experience. We do not assume that this harm was intentionally caused to the community, but these negative effects simply come with the territory.
We continue to encourage you to create different kind of games for the enjoyment of other users (e.g. Mazes, Melting Mats and Falling Furni). However, from now on using randomizers with a possibility to place bets may result in trading passes being removed temporarily and repeat offenses will result in permanent removal of trading passes.
We're sure we can count on your support to explore the talent and creativity of the Habbo community in a different way.
-Habbo Staff
