Default Habbo not working = internet?

So I was actually wondering why my client doesn't work when I use my university's internet. It loads quickly until like 87% and then just crashes..

They're probably blocking some ports the client uses.

You could try using some kind of VPN.

Well if your laptop is full of viruses already then it's probably a good idea to sort that out before sorting your Habbo problem

I had a similar problem for other websites and found that syncing my windows clock and switching to a public dns pretty much eradicated the problem. I have very little actual technical knowledge and just went on instruction from those that know their stuff though, so I couldn't tell you exactly what those two things do.

Here are the instructions for switching DNS

Switching your DNS may break some of your uni websites on your laptop though, so be careful.

Also I don't see why switching DNS would help in this case.
