Final Fantasy 8 Waltz for the Moon cutscene is perfect, and the ending sequence when you beat the final boss is also incredible and if you're not moved by it after playing through the game you have no soul

Basically all of the Lego LOTR ones, the way they mix humour and the story is just fantastic!

My favourite Lego cut scene is still the very first one from lego star wars where they hang in the air for like 2 seconds:
