I don't have a real opinion towards it but I find it ridiculous that people can get it on the NHS apart from repairing some sort of physical damage. For example, this lady. I find it even worse when say people with actual physical problems which could impair or kill them have treatment prolonged or denied yet others can easily get this on the NHS (can't find article on something that happened like this).

If people pay for it out of their own pocket then who am I to judge and complain.
