Hi its me keznr

Has any1 used the help tool in the last 2 hours? because ive been waiting on my clone, for like an hour. Waiting for an email with my pass for my account on it. I kinda like forgot it lol. And aint got it yet *sniffles*. Any1 else with a problem with the help tool?
P.s soz to those on my fr e.g barmi,frisc0 looks like i aint coming on for a while :eusa_booh *plays violin*

Ahhh the trusty old habbo help tool.....I dug up this from a disused part of the FAQ on habbo for you.

Q. What is the Habbo Help Tool?
A. The Habbo help tool is used when you want to contact habbo for any reason.

Q. How does it work?
A. Simply fill in all the details requested and this will be sent onto Habbo guest services.

Q. What is habbo guest services?
A Habbo guest services is a special email response center based in the middle of the mohabi desert. Manned by three camels and a Nomad who doesnt speak English. It is their mission to take all emails and sort them into three catagories

1- Bin
2- Reply with an automated message that has little or nothing to do with the request
3- File under L for look at next year

Q. How long does it take for a reply?
A. We aim to respond to all messages withing 48 hours.

Q. Within 48 Hours Of what?
A. That would be telling =)

Q. Is there any point to the Habbo Help tool?
A. Makes you feel better when you click the button doesnt it?

Q. Can I phone Habbo Hotel or sulake?
A. Yes! All you have to do is phone the number (if you can find it) then wait for someone to pick up. This should take no longer than 48 hours !
