Um... i dont know where u got this from.
Country music usually is sang by farmers and they use acoustic guitars and sing about how amazing their farm is and how their wife is such a good cook.
And emo music has soppy whiney kids with black hair and mascara singing about how their girlfriend dumped them for their best-friend.

Now i come to think of it... the similarities are quite peculiar.
