Pressing F4 brings up combat options, there you can change from 'Balanced' which gives XP in Attack/Strength/Defence and HP and switch to just Attack/HP or Strength/HP - This will stop you getting Defence XP.

Im working it out slowly, just edited the ribbon set up which is a lot better now. I gave all my wealth away when I left, I literally have nothing. Any loans going?

Well I am 97 slayer, but whips are 75k? Seems a bit pointless....Plus I have no equipment
