What's the point of going into something academic if you don't enjoy it though?

I'd love to write a script for a film and direct it (or at least have a deep rooted creative input). Unfortunately, I don't really have the skill to make a well structured story as it stands (though I'm getting there!!) nor the funds to ever have it made. So unless I get super lucky, I don't think it's going to happen But I guess it could happen...

Alternatively, something that will never happen, I'd love to work with AI. A very broad way to put it, but I don't know how else.

I wrote a script and sent it to BBC Writersroom. if you ever get one finished, send it into them and if it's good enough you'll get feedback. good way to see whether your story is working or not.

its really tough and there's a limited window to send a script in or you miss the window for a year. only 5% of scripts get feedback but even just entering it and seeing how far your script gets is a good indicator of how you're doing.

That's a great opportunity, not sure if my story writing skills are very good though haha, I had to write stories for A-level English Language and my teacher predicted me a U and I came out with a C on results day. I used to really love English though
