Would it not reset (and therefore skip a couple of seconds) every time you went to a new page or something meaning you'd need to keep one window/tab static anyway and might as well just have the hxl page open

That's the actual reason which I suggested in the other thread. It's simply not possible to do, which is why I created a Chrome extension for it ages ago.

Yes. So it would annoy people who actually want to listen as they'd keep having to cut out if they want to look at another page, it would annoy people who like to have more than one tab on the forum open, it would annoy people who have to keep remuting the radio every time they open a new page. Ugh.

Won't be happening because:

1. It will slow down the forum.
2. A lot of the Forum members don't listewn to the radio and don't want to hear it.
3. People will have to mute it or whatever else every time they open a new page.

What about the trade prefix?
